Liturgy Committee News!

Liturgy Committee NEWS!

Liturgy is who we are. - It's what we do.

Good liturgy doesn't just happen. It takes the dedication of over a hundred ministers each month.

The Liturgy Committee helps coordinate these ministries so our liturgies flow smoothly.

Come be a part of this vital ministry. The Liturgy Committee will meet on Tuesday, October 23, from 7:00-8:30pm in Room 1. If you have any questions please contact Teri Bucks at, or any parish staff member at the parish office 671-1100.

Saturday, October 27, 8:00 to 9:00pm
Saint Kateri Parish at Christ the King Church

The Church and the world have a great need for Eucharistic worship.
(St. John Paul II, quoted in Catechism ¶ 1380)

Please be with us to deepen your joy of a loving, personal relationship with Jesus. Our prayer is a special adaptation of The Liturgy of the Hours, and includes exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, psalms, spiritual readings, prayers, and silent adoration. Everyone is welcome to join us on the last Saturday of each month.

Special Blessing of the graves

Special Blessing of the graves
of those buried at the
West Webster Cemetery

Sunday, November 4 at 11:40am

Join Fr. Gonyo, Fr. Mike and Deacon Jim on Sunday, November 4 for this special blessing following the 10:30am Mass (around 11:40am). All are welcome to join us as we begin in prayer in front of the St. Rita shrine (in front of the rectory - the site of our original church). For those who have family members buried across the street, we will process over to the cemetery. Family members of the deceased will stand next to the grave of their loved one for an individual blessing with Holy Water. Father will proceed from one grave to the next. Come join us for this Remembrance of our Faithful Departed. It's rain or shine - so bring an umbrella!
